Looking for another set of Nismo wheels...
I need a set for autocrossing, if you'd like to part with your stock Nismo wheels please send me a message.
Then I can post some wicked pics with some slicks on the thing!

I'd suggest you to contact "the usual" ebay seller with the lm-gt4 wheels you can send him (or her) a message and get a set for a REALLY good price... those rims are lighter and you can get 9.5 all corners so you can also rotate the tires.
another idea for you is to find a tire size that is right for what you want to do and make sure there are plenty of different brand just in case they stop making one of them, then find out what rims will fit that size....then find the best rims in that size.
assuming you would consider something other that the extremly beautiful nismo rims
just a thought.

I know it's not quite the same, but I found a guy that powdercoated his track/gt rims gunmetal. Maybe you could work out a deal with him. If they're just for tracking the car, what does it matter if it's got 3 dots in the middle of each spoke instead of a single line?

The GT rims would be a good option, if you really want these 18/19 staggered wheels. In case you weren't aware, the GT rims are the same size and dimensions as the NISMO wheels. They can be had for around $1500 with tires.
For track wheels though, I'd just go with some lightweight 18s. Depending on the brand, they would likely be cheaper and be a good deal lighter than the NISMOs. The "superlight" Rays, really aren't that light.
Or you could just run R-compounds on the street.

Thanks for the threads. Thing is, in order to stay in class I have to run identically sized wheels, otherwise people will protest (and they will) and I'll get booted. This nukes most of the aftermarket options, which sucks.
Those GT rims look like the ticket. I haven't seen them advertised much on the nissan sites I've hit - anyone have a good link?

Here's another set of GT rims for sale. $1100 with worn tires.

I was originally thinking of running SCCA BS and looked at some options. The Nismo and GT wheels are strong, but heavy. The best alternative I found, sticking to the same wheel size and offsets +/- half an inch (SCCA BS wheel specs) was Enkei RPF1 wheels. The 18 inch fronts are pretty easy to find. I had a vendor here (PaulGT2) confirm with Enkei that they have a 19x10 wheel with a +35 offset. Since the stock Nismo wheels are +30, you could run a 5mm spacer to get back to spec, or leave it at +35, assuming it will fit w/o rubbing (and I am pretty sure it would).
FYI: I did my first NASA HPDE track day with my Nismo last weekend: I'm not planning on messing around with auto cross right now, I'm just going to focus on HPDE. Just in case anybody is wondering, the Nismo was awesome on the track -- it drives a lot better than I do...but I'll learn fast.
