Well lately the car has been a movie night car with my wife haven't been doing the club thing lately due to my schedule and babies so when I'm free free I'm spending the time with the wife and mistress at the time time




So since I know the work here on island is shotty at best I'm going to stick with what've been doing....Doing it myself! Plans to have fenders and flares painted next week

Separated it to match the separation of the bumper, just in case I have to remove my bumper for whatever reason the flares don't have to come off.

Roddd, do u happen to know anyone familiar with the sr20det's? Got an issue with mine and gonna have it towed back to my home this weekend. Fuel pressure reads at 55 psi, starter cranks over, but for some reason i'm not getting spark at all. Can't figure her out. If u know anyone, lemme know, thanks!


Side note, these don't look half bad, might steal your idea to go with my seibon +10mm vented fenders....kinda need to go a little wider for tire issues....plus my bent fender is weak as heck now

Don't get carbon fiber or FRP front fenders...it will just crack and crumble. The front fender doesn't need to be wider, just have a different arch...dift guys cut an arch into the fender to allow full lock...my attempt at that wasn't pretty....I brought another set of metal fenders to try again.

I know what you're saying....Its like riding a motorbike, your eyes are everywhere, not just looking at the end of the hood but as far up the road as you can see, making eye contact with other drivers just to be sure they've spotted you etc, etc. The great thing is being dry and travelling in comfort. Oh yeah you don't have to keep your eyes on the road for diesel spills. Z's looking real good.

 

good move on cutting the flare to match the separation of the fender & bumper. very smart. look forward to see the end result.

Rod, got ur message on instagram, due to some complication at my brigade, I don't know for sure when I officially transfer over to shafter. Right now its between 1 sept until whenever. Meaning i'm supposed to be out the unit by 1 sept...but they haven't changed my report date to reflect. So, pretty much any day now i'll get word and i'll let u know once I scout out where i'll be working and see if its Z friendly to travel

I've got a slotted set of the same brand brake rotors for my Brembos. Actually I've got one. They sent me two right rotors accidentally and I'm having to swap it out. Also, sucks about the ripped up fender. Price of being low I guess.

KEEP IT UP! I haven't seen many Z33s with fender flares so get back out there, etc!

it's a replica Amuse rear flare...wasn't ever going to spend money on the real deal for this car, she's on path to be my Stella.

Took my wife out for a drive and some ice cream from cold stone...decided to take a few pictures in their loading dock. Somehow I managed to **** off the manager (female). She started yelling and threating that she had "cops around the corner"...? I relpied like the a$$hole that I am...took my damn pictures then lit the loading dock up with a piece from the 9th symphony...immature as it may have been, she's probably going to buy a nissan next lmao...




...on the way home I ran into the next generation...a stock G35 coupe driver with 3 passenger straddled me for a couple exits wanting to race...being the black Ricky Bobby that I am, I gave him a lost to the speed limit (55) obviously. What was even funnier was his friend in a boosted eclipse wanted some as well...he got it too
