I've already learned that the kid that bought it has already messed it up. And has used 1gallon of methanol in a weekend.... i guess when u don't build it and don't respect it as much, u beat on it twice as hard

right now im just looking to add just a little extra power to it. i want to get some test pipes or HFC to make a little better power and give that nismo exhaust a better sound... but i dont want a check engine light on. and im seeing this talk about some kind of piece that fixes the CEL on it but if its just tricking the engine, then idk if i should do it. i wanna do it right and not half assed..... IDK! i got so much to read and learn about the VQ35HR. its a whole new engine to me.

GTM has finally released their SC kit. Engine builders that I work with say that they run high intake temps! To stay away from going supercharged on our platform. I'm only going on what I was told.
There is no lag with the twin kits! They are smaller in size and are also ball bearing cartridges. Unless you use the greddy kit. They spool up fast! Making boost at 2800-3000 rpm. It's a WIN/WIN! Stupid not to boost with TT. Higher TQ #'s as well.

As for the turbo or sc?? It seems like almost everyone on here goes TT. I guess you could always keep it low psi and be perfectly fine with it.
Feel the pain on not building it not respecting it. Kids think because they can afford it they can handle it. I just sold my SRT4 to a 19yo kid and he scared the crap out of me just on the test drive. I just really hope he doesn't hurt himself or anyone else. I'd much rather the car die from too much abuse.
