Tommy Kaira makes a rear diffuser that has the 370z rear fog but it's for a regular rear end.

 

an amuse R1 titan would also look sick under that rear bumper

 

might as well swap the VR38 in there

 

That photoshop makes it look weird. Maybe with smaller tips it may look okay...Not sure on this one...

I know the photoshop is just to give an idea, but it doesn't flow right in my head. Maybe smaller tips, maybe a different rear bumper. I'm sure you can find a way to make a quad look good.

Looks decent. My '81 280zx had a quad exhaust and it looked sweet.

OP so find a extra nismo catback which should run you 200-400 bucks. Have a shop weld the extra tips to the side of the pipe of the original tip like above picture. Should look good.
