Why isn't this the seller's problem? He found the shipper right? So you have nothing, he has your money. Demand your money back, let him find his car.

He sent me title the cars in my name but I have full coverage stolen vehicle report has already been made its like this guy is crazy and just messing with me.

Ok, but you bought a car not a title, Sign it, send it back demand your money. I doubt your insurance will pay for a car you never had.

Car is registerred in my state now so they should to my knowledge regardless if I saw it or not they insure that vehicle

Hopefully there isn't a problem. I would not want it, between being towed all that way on the rear tires & being MIA all this time, it's gotta be a different car than you bought.

Cut your losses and get your money back via the insurance. Stop messing with this head ache.

Live and learn. Even if they return it refuse it and just buy a new one.

I would call my insurance company immediately and tell them the situation. They will tell you how to proceed.

Should have called them already.
