Are you saying the want to give you less than you paid?

If so I'd get a lawyer and go after the seller. You never took possession. That has to count for something.

 

I would look at the shipping terms. Depending on the contract, you might not even be liable for it, although the car was in your ownership.

If responsibility transfers at point of delivery, and you never took delivery, it is not your problem.

 

So how fake was this story?

This is exactly why we should have a minimum post amount before you can create a thread on this forum. Similar to being able to post on the classifieds.

 

CAR WAS DELIVERED! IN CRAP CONDITION.

door was dented front splitter was dented wheels were SCRATCHED TO ***** side skirts both cracked and mileage was 620 more miles than when I bought it,

live and learn I guess, when you think the sellers going to **** you watch out for the shipper too make sure to go through a company with lots of reviews and dont settle for less.

I live in SLC utah (well sandy but close enough) if anyone has any good shops to recommend for some paintless dent removel wheel repair and body part replacement maybe even some paint let me know please!

 

did you file a claim with the shipper. post up pics, and i think they took pre pickup pictures didnt they?

I talked to jesse the guy who owns the company and he said he will pay for all reapairs but what else can I do.

 

i would file it on their insurance, i wouldnt let him pay out of pocket

 

how do I find out their insurance though? I dont think he would just give it to me.

yes I had to have a cop come inspect the vin to verify it was no longer stolen, so just like a car crash say they damaged the car and I want their insurance to cover it? these cops are honestly so unhelpful I gave them the guys name number everything and they didn't do **** and when I got the car they were like well you can file a civil suite against him like this is crap.
