I know with how quick he was to report the delay you figured one of the first things especially since he needs to asked what to do would be show us how bad, to spark us to help him claim.

well actually I have a video on my phone I will try and figure out how to get that up, its not the best video but I will post it.

 

When did you get the car? How late was it? What was the excuse for the delay, damage, miles?

 

got the car yesterday it was first estimated I would have it the 9th of nov, he gave me so many excuses its a damn joke, first he needed to find a trailer, than his trailer got impounded, then he ran out of money, his co-owner was trying to use my car as leverage its a big joke, main damage on drivers door and front splitter, side skirts and wheels, came back with 21483 ( ish give or take a few) miles left vermont with 20,800 he claims thats from him leaving the car on when they towed can anyone confirm this is true with the rear wheels being on the ground

stuff like this will make you no friends.. i still would get his insurance info, and then go after depreciated value.... if he isnt willing to give it to you, file it on yours and let them deal with him

I disapeared because I had filed it with insurance I just didn't post in here on the 9th or 11th I cant remember these damn dates anymore I files stolen vehicle with the utah police than the vermont police and filed a stolen car with my insurance now the cars here but beat up and I am talking to my insurance now about how to go after this guy.

 

look im sorry I am being a dick, this is all true I got left by my girlfriend of 5 years I get this car stolen I crashed my motorcycle and had to deal with that, I am just frantic, emotional as a school girl and really scared cause I dont know what to do and I Feel like the cops aren't helping and just dont care.

dude if you have comprehensive insurance file a claim for the damages. then sue the company. I can tell you your looking at a least 3-5k in damages.

 

So i drove it a little bit yesterday and it would randomly grind when shifting to second if I shifted quick I hope it just needs a transmission fluid change. If these transmissions are in good shape are you supposed to be able to slam through the gears

 

Not slam like s2000 slam but it's a great gear box. when I first got my nismo it would grind when cold and random when warm switch to redline mt85 and it should be good. oem fluid is good too and redline imo gets better with age.
