I dyno tuned with a 75, but I have seen many run 100 and a few run 125

I am not sure what you are referring to. My dyno tune or the other guys? As far what I have heard, Nitrous users are not allowed to advance the timing too much since you do not want the engine to blow

I really dont' know much about nitrous system except for when you hit the button you suppose to gain some extra horsepower. How many hp have you gain from the 75 shot and how many seconds do you spray a total amount of? What gear do you start spraying?

N2O definitely adds power. Just some FYI i gained about 121 FT/LB of torque down low on a 75 shot compared to my N/A run

I heard that any kind of big shot say greater then 50 you have to back off the timming, what i'm wondering is do i have to back it off with 125 or 150 and if so how much? also do i have to do any mayjor engine work to run that kind of shot?

75 shot is fine but I'd recommend using it with 103 octane gas only. And you defenetely need colder plugs
Not sure about anything above though on a stock engine

I read I think in the big bad nitrous post that the ecu can take up to 4 degrees of timing out on it's own, which should be good up to 100hp shot. -1 degree for every 25 hp shot. You do need one step colder plugs though for sure.

The trick is taking it out when you want to!!!

TheBigShow: Shot size= 150 to 225. I feel you probably don't need to retard timing unless you are in that area as long as you have a good AF, 100 octane, and 1 or 2 degree colder plugs.

be very careful with that, the minimum safe recomendation for nitrous is 92 octane. At least ad some Chemical X to boost the octane
