I've had NX and NOS.

Go with NX - soely for the solenoids. They are THE MOST IMPORTANT part of your nitrous system. NX used extremely large and beefy solenoids for their basic kit. They are strong, long-lasting, and rebuildable!!!

Do not mess around with puny solenoids.

I've been working with the guy who started NOS back in the70's. Mike Thermos started his own company after the 5 year no compete clause expired with Holley last year. Nitrous Supply in Huntington Beach, CA has the experience and knowledge to do it right.
