nope. it is beautiful. no cutting or butchering of anything.

It fits in between 2 items. I don't know exactly what they are called. Sorry.

anyway, you remove the 2 factory bolts. Pull the fitting off of the housing. Then, put the adapter onto the housing. Place the fitting onto the top of the adapter. Install and tighten 2 new, longer bolts. That's it.

It comes with the adapter, 1/8" to -4 fitting, o-ring, and longer bolts. You need to use thread sealer on "1/8" to 04" fitting.

I have had no leaks at all with it!!! I Highly recommend it

it fits between the fuel pressure regulator or filter and metal fuel line/fuel rail. didn't look at my buddies Z close enough to see exactly what they are. its on the left hand side of the engine bay right next to the plenum.

we have a fuel T that is similar to what Stillen uses in their supercharger kits:

It fits in between the fuel rail and the fuel line, and allows you to use a 4AN fitting to tap into the fuel system for whatever purpose, weather it be an extra injector, nitrous fuel line, or fuel gauge... We also have the 4AN fitting:
