I've searched but can't find the answers to these Qs.
Let's say I have a 100 shot wet system with a standard size bottle it comes with(I think 10 lbs).
1. How much to fill the bottle?
2. How many 100 shots per bottle?
Thanks

Depending on where you live bottle refills will vary. Average price should be around the $3 per pound mark.
A 10 pound bottle should get you 7-10 1/4 mile passes on a 100 shot. Make sure to get a pressure gauge if you don't have one yet.

Here's a good site for finding a Nitrous dealer - http://www.holley.com/dealers/NOSDealerLocator.asp.
MN is around $5/lb. I might concur with Bootie on the # of passes per tank (7-10).

It is not the cost of the Nitrous but the stress cost on the engine that must be added to the true cost of operation...........If it cost $5 per run for gas and another $25-50 per run [just a guess] to ultimately replace the engine..........how many run do you want.
Who with Nitrous has used the most tankfuls on the same engine?
Has anyone used 30 tanks yet?

Q- I understand your reasoning but under that same logic you would also have to write off $.30/mile car wear and tear, $25 oil change/3000 miles, $700 tire wear and tear/??mile, $50-$75 track fee/ 1/4 run, etc, etc.. I think what bb was initial asking is what is the basic cost to run NOS. Anything you do is going to cause where and tear on your engine. Some might put 100k miles on their engines with NOS other might only get 30k. It's all about how safe you are with it. The quick and easy - figure you will spend $3-$5 per 1/4 mile pass (10 passes) for NOS only.

Nitrous is safe on the motor if used correctly. Don't take my word for it. Ask around and see how many members have blown their motors from nitrous....then go in the turbo section and ask them. I bet you'll only find maybe 1 person that's blown their Z on the juice in this forum. I sprayed a 75 shot on a single cam 1.6L civic motor for 2 years. 50k miles to 100k miles. The car ran perfect the day I sold it and they guy that bought the car sprayed it until his new motor was finish. Nitrous rocks!
