2bad240 is very helpful, i appreciate your help.. im doing nitrous on my built motor, hoping to break 11s which i should, i wont know til i get it dyno tuned and actually have ran it on the track, my goal is to be 1st on nitrous boards be fun with some competition with ya, cant wait!! i wish i lived closer so i could meet ya and go to the strip together, be a good time

 

yea i try to help everyone as much as possible, its what makes the sport fun. and yea i would like to have some local competition that would motivate me more for sure. maybe if you beat me and get the #1 spot il get motivated to build my spare engine thats sitting on the stand.

 

hell yeah do it!! im just anxious to see whart my car runs, tuned and all ready to go. i could care less about #1 spots, and what noit, i just want a well realiable and fast car is all.

 

i just got mine running again today with a new basemap for the larger injectors. i hope to get it on the dyno and tuned sometime in the next couple weeks. but i been playing with my 240 to much and spending money on it when i should have been focusing on the Z, imma take it out this weekend and try to break into the 11s.

 

11s? or 10s? lol thought you already ran 11s, my cousin has a 2jz 240 makes around 650 whp on 18lbs and 900+ on 30 pounds lol. have yet to take it to the track, track opens april 4th

 

Right over here in Washington NC, member i met you at the New Bern Track a while back and my Buddie was the one you got the 240 from.

 

11s with the 240, i havnt ran it yet. i ran 11.39 with my 350z when i take it back to the track il be hunting for some 10s.

 

yea i figured that was you. you can come check my setup out whenever. i fill nitrous too $3/pound if you need any or know anyone that does. my shop is right up the road from the new bern track.

 

Yea man I would def check it out sometime, I think I might be heading that way to check out some stock rims ( ugly stock 17 got to go). Also are you running a stock motor in the Z, reason I ask is cause I see you have on on the stand for mocking up the nitrous.

yea im running stock engine. the one on the stand is one il be building at some point. i may be interested in the stock 17s if the price is right. need some wheels for my 240.

 

Yea man they are a lil curbed up and the back tires need to be replaced. You know anyone have any g35 19's or stock z 18s? I dont have many more parts to finish my nitrous kit and ill be another shot z in the area, not direct port (mad props for that one man).

 

il still be interested in them. i need a set of stock wheels bad. i know a guy selling a set of 18" track edition wheels for a 05. what parts you need? and come to me il fill your bottle cheaper than anyone else.

 

I need the nozzle, lines for nozzle, bottle brackets and window switch. How much is he asking for the rims?

i have a dynotune nozzle and the bung for it im not using. i have a fuel -3 line i think.
i think he is asking $600 but they have new tires. you may could talk him down a lil.

did you tune? were you able to get enough fuel to it with running just a dry setup? i may do something similar but do each port wet instead of dry. i like how you hid the lines and none of it is visible. looks much better and cleaner than a bunch of ugly hard lines all over the place
