i ran that kit on a diff. car of mine with the box and mine was also faulty...i ended up taking it apart and rewiring and got it to work

 

what im gonna do is try to buy some better silinoids ... anyone know the best silinoids ... the top of the lines....

 

You need to buy solenoids... silinoids are garbage.

 

The ZEX box gives a lot of people trouble and is not something I'd recommend to anyone.


Anyway, your description is lacking a lot of details but it kind of sounds like the nitrous solenoid was stuck closed at first and is now stuck open. That would explain why your nitrous didn't activate at the track when it did on the dyno and explain why your nitrous gets poured out when you open the bottle. When and where the leak happens would help figuring out what exactly is wrong, but it is likely the solenoids.

If only the nitrous is leaking, then things will just freeze around the leak. If your fuel solenoid is also bad, you should be able to smell gasoline and feel a filmy residue in the intake.


As for the brand, go with NX, Dynotune, or NOS. Keep in mind they have different solenoids for different size shots/uses.
