Totally dependent on how far you plan on taking your ride. Up to 150 I believe all you need is colder plugs.

I was just curious because i know someone who put a 100 shot of nos in his G and blew his ecu chip so he had to upgrade to the technosquare chip. Is that necessary?

Dont see how thats possible to "blow the ECU".. 100 shot is fine but get colder plugs and dyno, dyno, dyno!!! A/F ratio is MOST inportant with Nitrous...

TS flashes your stock ECU they do not replace it. If a 'chip were blown' a reflash wouldn't save it. Your friend is full of cockita

well they all vary, i was told by one person that my a/f ratios are the lowest he has seen on a stock motor at 6,200 rpm, ive seen some vary from mine as low as 11.8 at 6,200 rpm to 13.2 at 6,200 rpm on other cars............if you go with nos, you must dyno if your gonna go higher than 55 jets in my opinion to be safe, just my 2 cents

Does anyone know what effect high altitude has on the A/F ratio?

Runs richer i think due to less oxygen, but the ecu probably adjust to compensate..........that is my final answer!......lol
