If anyone wants to chime in, feel free. I have the Turbonetics set up, with the raptor blow-off valve, and the evolution wastegate. I know I can make more boost, by changing out the b/o valve and w/g. What would be the best brand to change out with my existing parts, ie Tial, HKS, Turbo Smart? Any helpful ideas would be appreciated.

The BOV doesn't do anything to raise the boost. All you have to do is change the spring in your current wastegate to one that's set for the amount of boost you want to run. If it was me I would get a Tial wastegate, I've never heard of an evolution brand wastegate. Did that come with the turbo kit?

Now if your BOV is leaking under boost that's a different story.

Evolution is Turbonetics brand, yes it came with the kit. The spring is maxed out @ 9 psi.

Ok, contact turbonetics and see what kind of spring they recommend in order to raise the boost if you still want to run off of a wastegate. You could get a boost controller, manual or electric.

I have a boost controller, and the 9 psi spring is the biggest they offer for that wastegate. I am not very fond of the people @ Turbonetics, it seems like every time I call to ask question, I end up hanging up more clueless, than before I called. I am not sure their customer service is really service. That's why I am trying to get some real help.
