Just use the boost controller to raise the boost. What boost controller do you have?

Like Bradley said, if you have a boost controller than use it. You are going about things in the hardest and most expensive way.

You can raise the boost to 40psi with a $40 manual boost controller. No need to change wastegate springs and bov's.

Greddy Profec B Spec 2. But from my understanding, I won't get as much potential from my motor, due to the limitations of the waste gate.

That doesn't make sense, the boost controller will control the wastegate by telling it when to open using vacuum.

You have the boost controller so turn that hoe up.

Goodnight, I'll spread more knowledge tomorrow when I get off of work.

Ok maybe I need to rephrase, the wastegate that I have is only good for 450 hp, I need something that can handle more.

How much more boost do you want to run? Built block?

If you think you need another wastegate get a tial. I don't think you do though.

Yes I have a built block, good for 650 to the wheels, and I want to utilize it.

Who told you that you need a bigger wastegate?

Just use the boost controller.

What size wastegate do you have now? 38mm, 40mm, 44mm?

What type of flange does your current wg use? 2 bolt, 4 bolt, v-band?

Bleh when i had my srt-4 i had problems with turbonetic's service also. What turbo did u get in ur kit also? What fuel pump and injectors? I had problems in my srt seems like it was turbo inlet pressure/boost level related. Ended up figuring it out and switching to a dual stage boost controller and new wastegate and it solved the problem.

BTW here is what i used. http://www.tialsport.com/prod_wg.htm got the 40 which has been replaced by the 41 since then. Also http://shop.edoperformance.com/turbo...er-p-7718.html
http://www.turboxs.com/shop_prod.php?what_category=1 Got the High Performance Dual Stage Boost Controller. They have a crazy Quad Stage Boost Controller also but very few peeps need that.
