I'm at 190 lbs right now. 2 years ago I was at 230lbs. Been in the gym since august 2008. Not taking any supplements. Just my high protein low calorie diet. I need to stack some supplements.

I just found out the gym I was going to has some so I started using them on shrugs last week. I'm gonna try it out and see how it goes.
