you do realize that you can make your own kit for 1/4 of the price. its just lines and a cooler.

I run a 150$ generic setup on my car, with all custom fit lines and custom cool placement. Doesnt make sense to buy one of those "kits" unless you just love wasting money

Second that, just grab a nice setrab and mount on bumper. Mocal oil spacer and some hosing, you'll be good to go.

either of you wanna help me out, im a bit confused, maybe im looking in the wrong place..but I looked up a setrab oil cooler 34 row (same size as GTM competition cooler kit) its 392.00 for just the cooler without any lines or anything. so after lines and stuff wouldn't it be roughly the same price? or am I seeing something wrong?
STR8DUM1 what $150 cooler you running? you have any problems with it?

I'd say that's probably on the larger side for your application.

Prices are better on rpw. Check out the 19 or 25 row.

Figure out where you want to hang it and take some rough measurements for the hosing. I hung mine off the right side of my front crash bar and it took less than 6' of hosing to reach.

I found the mocal thermostatic sandwich plate like the ones on rpw to be acceptable. Much better than the cheapo I picked up off summit.

well this is whats listed as the GTM cooler

(1) SETRAB cooler core
(1) 63" S.S. Braided hose with 90/120 degree swivel ends (-8AN)
(1) 55" S.S. Braided hose with 90/120 degree swivel ends (-8AN)
(1) Thermostatic oil adapter
(1) Mounting bracket
(2) -8AN22mm adapter fittings
(2) 13/16" Seal
(2) Insulated rubber clamp

couldn't I just copy all that measurements and stuff?

roughly how much did it cost you too build one?
a GTM street one is only like $400?

thanks

EDIT: heres the link to the HD(street) cooler http://www.gtmotorsports.com/product...cat=444&page=1
which is 25 row if I remember correctly.
