dude that thing is sick!!! I was driving an evo for a while and I just remembered how it pulled like crazy!!!!
You'll have tons of fun with it. So wait, you got an awd car but you're not gonna drive it in the winter? Hopefully we'll see you out next season for a couple autox's.

Nice car. I am sure driving that in the winter will be a blast as soon as the snow falls. Sorry to see you had to loose the Z for that. lol j/k Nice car. I hope to see you around.

order it here (small mount)

It's a little awkward at first to get it setup - but once you do it, it is very easy to uninstall/reinstall. I don't use my video camera for anything else so it just stays on the cruisecam mount, I attach it to the head-rest and I'm good to go.

Good luck with it Ian!
That will be a blast to drive in the winter and next season.
Whats already done to it?
Any plans on what your going to do?
I know your not going to leave iot like that for next season.
I'll have to see how the new Z will do against it... :-)

Most of us are actually pretty handy. I would feel comfortable installing the turbonetics myself and I am sure so would a couple other people on this board. The only thing we wouldnt do is the tuning. The install is the easy part.

AMS turboback exhaust
AMS front mound
Hallman boost controller
Walbro fuel pump
Tanabe springs
SE front lip
smoked all sidemarkers
debadged, except for the one rear Mitsu logo
stock wheels painted gloss black
Defi boost gauge, with playback controller
tuned by Sean Ivey
It got tuned on a dynojet, so it reads a litte high, but it was about 335 whp, and I can't remember how much torque. It definitely pulls plenty hard. I would say somewhere in the mid 12's should be easily attainable next time I try the drag strip. As for mods coming for next season, I'm tossing around maybe some mild cams, and/or an FP Green turbo probably. We'll see how the next few months cash flow goes. I would love to see how this fares against the new Z though. I've only played with one person so far, and that was my friend with an STI with an 18G turbo. I can put 1/2 a car, maybe a whole car on him by about 80.

intstalling turbo kit will not take 1-2 days , just take it to a respectable shop on forums to do it . just trust me on this one otherwise you'll be spending more in the end .

On a side note, it's not just about the money too. I'd say if you're going to go FI, do it right the first time and go for a known tuning shop. That said, if Nissan is warrantying your Turbo, then that would be cool too

I'd go with Forged Performance-Georgia, Function Tuned in Virginia or Genesis Racing Dev. in Chicago.

Would any of you guys be interested in my Fast Intentions RTP's that were on my Z? I took them off before the guy bought my car, and now they are just sitting at my house. They were on the car for maybe 10k miles. I'm going to list them for sale in the marketplace soon, but I figured if one of you guys wanted them, I won't even bother with a for sale thread. Anyways, I don't really have a specific price in mind, but just offer me something reasonable if you want them. They are for 07-08 Z's only by the way.
