Wish I could it make it to the meet, but I have a very busy weekend.
We are going out of town from 13-21 and have a lot of errands to take care of. Have fun and take pics!

I'll say this much..I sat in the 370z at the dealership about a month ago, and I was seriously not excited. The entire car felt smaller and more cramped. I was immediately uncomfortable and the bottom seat supports were literally digging into my thighs. Granted, i'm a heavier guy but still, I could sit in the 350z and cruise quite comfortably. Just sitting in the 370z immediately made me feel awkward.

Then I started looking for used Z's online. My buddy never picked up his super black Z. The advertisement was for an 07, but the person had an 06. Apparently it was in Oxford, and it was a base model. Long story short, didn't happen.

Titan, thanks for the offer, but it seems the emblem I need is 4.5 " wide and about 4 " tall.

I have one that is 4 1/8" wide x 3 5/8" tall. Flat back with no pins. Originally used foam double sided tape which would need to be replaced.

Okay.

In case you're interested, here some emblems... http://www.courtesyparts.com/350z-pa..._881_1243.html

It seems that these badges are very pricey!

Default Purolator Oil Filters?

Any of guys heard about Purolator air filters? A colleague at work has some extra filters and want to sell them to me. 4 for 20$.

He has PL14610. He says they have better reviews than Mobil One and K&N

Hey everyone!

Andy, I personally would have gotten the 07 that is a good price for an HR motor car. The M is a sweet ride, but it is big pimping, not really a sports car man TOTALLY different ride.

Jeez-car looks sexy man!!

Mike- Easy on the 370 til you get to drive one man....THAT is where all the change is dude.

Deepu-purolator is better then average but not quite up there with K&N, personally I would just buy a K&N and just maintain it but hey thats me.

I cannot make it this Saturday got to work AGAIN, stupid job.

Well I look at cars now as more than just toys. I need them to get back and forth from a to b as well. And first thing I look at, is comfort. When I contemplate a Z, I can't imagine daily driving the 370z when I was that much more comfortable in the 350z. But you're absolutely right, I can't judge it. It was just an observation.

I rock wix or amsoil filters as from what I've read on bobistheoilguy.com, they tend to be the best.

Sundays work better for me, granted I'm just the new guy...

I will admit I feel a touch more cramped in the 370 than in my 350, but I'm cramped in anything at ~6'5" I'm used to it at this point and either the 350 or 370 is lightyears more comfortable than my Cavalier for my 500 mile trips home. (no stops. : )

See, you're big vertically. I'm husky.

Either way, the car LOOKed larger on the outside, but felt super tiny in the inside. The 350z feels visually and interior-wise size proportionate.

Brian,

Yeah Sundays will always work better for me, my Saturdays are usually either working, or with the wife.

Mike-I use it as a daily but I guess it just fits me fine...I am not All that tall OR husky I guess... Its alos the seats they have ALOT more bolster support and "suck you in" more. That will make it feel much more cramped which I LIKE. Its like a cockpit of fun..hahah

Did you buy that 370z? Or are you doing the same thing as your blue 350z?

I still have video of when we did those donuts in the parking lot off of Grand River LOL.

I would personally recommend Dave Bedenko at Boyland Nissan. Best Nissan Master Tech around.

If it's freezing cold: Park together in the rear of the lot and come on in.
If it's nice, I'll prolly hang out before coming in.

Still up for this today? Not much of a turn out but if there's a beer involved ...

I'm on my way, Brian.

I'm gonna stop in Wixom at a really nice car wash.
