In all seriousness though, without sleeves I think your 650 rwhp may be achieved on the dyno, but don't plan on that engine staying together for very long on the street. I may be wrong though.
The open deck design of the VQ is going to have the cylinders wobbling under high psi and your heads are going to come off the car because the wobble may break the seal between the block and heads. The reason I ended up going with sleeves is because the only Z's running really big power have the sleeves and haven't had the head lift problem that the non-sleeved engines are having. The sleeves close the deck and provide more surface area to seal the block and heads. Also, you should plan on getting a very strong clutch because the stocker isn't going to last for more than a few dyno pulls. It will be toast before your car can get on the road. My stock clutch went on 404 rwhp.
Also, rwhp doesn't always dictate speed or quickness and power curve means a whole lot. (ie.) last summer when my car was putting down 445 rwhp I spanked a friends STI by like 5 cars and it was putting down 510 awhp at the time. The turbo he had on his STI was simply too big and while it was spending its time spooling up, I was under full boost pulling away You might wanna think about thowing a 50 shot in it to avoid the slow spool of those larger turbos.
Now come get your whoooopin.
Relaz relax, I'm just trying to get some life back into this section.

I took the Z out today and noticed the final drive leaking and it looks like the front seal so it is going back to Dick Scott for a drip problem.
The gas line recall seems to be a good one as the car fills up and takes more gas than before and no slow fill either.

Xceed BBQ meet you mean
clarifying cuz Redline and Xceed are NOT the the same thing at all... reasons... a) Redline motorsports NEVER race their cars... b) Xceed people is not even a club or group... just a online site where people chat
Xceed > Redline haha
Sorry Gerry... just **** about people mixing Redline with real racers...
But the Xceedspeed BBQ will be amazing this year! Good cars for sure!
