Very open question, Dude!
That would depend on how much you got the car for, how much down, who financed, rate, etc,etc,etc....
I'll give you my figures : bought the car for about $36K, gave $7,500 down (actually 9,000 down to pay the extended warranty cash) and, anyway, payments will be $581.
You should go find a loan calculator and do your numbers. Take MSRP for your model, see how much cash you have on hand, then calculate your loan and the payments will come up... Many calculators let you also specify the terms and payment and they will tell you how much down you need, etc...

Put $500 down to hold a CS Performance last week. Putting $18,000 down on pickup and getting $1500 off MSRP(they included trunk mat and alum. kickplates at no charge, since it didn't have them) and 3.9% for 60 mo. I'm pretty happy.

Traded in an 01 civic ex sedan, got a little over 12k for it, and im paying about 480 a month for 5 years, includes full 10 year weather protection inside and out, and full bumper to bumber for 5 years. i only put like 100 bucks down on the car to hold it for a few days to get my stuff organized before the final deal went down. I am definitely glad that i decided to trade in now instaed of waiting. I LOVE it as much now as i did alomst 2 months ago when i drive it for the first time. I didnt know i could fall in love with a car every time i started its engine.
