I'll bring my jack stands...What time are we going to start? I have to take my son to a B-day party at 3pm (not looking forward to that). Just want to make sure I am there early enough...

I have four jackstands and a new Jack so we should be good to go.
More jackstands means we can work on more then one car at once which is a good idea
Seems to be alot of vehicles.

My idea is 9-10AM that way its decently warm at least and we have alot to do, so we can get started.

Everyone's thoughts???

I'll probably be there 30 min. before that just cuz we'll be working on the exhaust and I want to let everything cool down.

Don't worry AJ I won't wake you, maybe I'll go for a walk around your neighborhood lol.

I can also bring stands too.

oh and who's planning on going out with us that night? Just curious

that day is an anniversary for me, so i need to leave by 5 so i can scrub the grease off and take the little lady out. otherwise, i'd love to go out after.

i can be there around 10 or so. i'll bring my jack stands too, just in case.

jess, did you find anyone with rubbing compound?

AJ,

I should be over and probably won't be heading out at night.

I've got jack stands if needed.

that's 8 cars already Nice!!!

And I plan on going home to shower anyways before going out since it'll be only 20 min. away (I'll probably be the dirtiest one haha)

Hope the weather turns out ok. So far it seems like there's a break in the rain for Sat. but we'll see if that stays the same or not!

If it does rain though, we may need to cancel. We'll know best by like thurs / fri.

Default screw the rain

Make it a poncho mod-party. Hope the weather holds out for us.

I couldn't wait - I replaced my belts this morning due to the annoying and embarrassing screeching noises coming from under my hood. So far, so good. Going back out to re-tighten in a little while after the initial warm-up.

Surprised my belts were having issues after only 27k miles. Maybe the 3 years, storage period and hard driving did them in...

Good turnout thats for sure!

I hope the weather holds out too
Brian, if your gross still come by, what do you think is going to happen when you work on the cars, same thing man.

Steve, isn't that a new motor at like 12k anyway?
So 15k and the belts went is pretty weird.

My engine was replace at just over 20k miles. They reused the belts from my first engine. They reuse the spark-plugs too. The service sheet (from engine replacement) lists engine, bunch of gaskets, oil filter, sealer, oil, and anti-freeze.

Thats weird, damn Nissan cost cutting
Well I guess you can't complain new motor at 20k aint bad...

They probably half *** put them back on when they did it which made them get shot quickly. That sucks, but given the circumstances I guess you take that with stride

GO GREEN GO WHITE!!!

Zminus1:

I did the nonfoulers on mine and found that the O2 sensor flange position on the driver's side was slightly pointing down. When you add the two foulers, then the O2 in dangerously pointing down to the ground. My O2 is the lowest part of my car now.

I'm about to order 2x 90 degree nonfoulers to cure this. You may want to check to see if yours will point down after install. I'd hate to see you rip off your O2 harness on road debris.
