I did chest yesterday and also had a bad day. My stamina and strength seem to have taken a nose dive lately. I don't get it. Of course, I know the main reason is because of my shoulders. I'm taking a break and hoping it heals, but I already tried that earlier this year. It didn't work out too well, but maybe some yoga and lots of cardio might help me out.

I've never benched 320. As you can tell, I'm not built for that.

Dave I never had prob with oem hood either, its the new "OEM spec" hood that has presented this problem...weatherstripping FTW

450 shipped! now do I go two tone or single. The gruppe S doesnt have the break on the bottom of the lip so not sure two tone would look quite right

Dave you got a cool wife w/ a family...all I have is 2 houses, 3 cars, 2 pets and 2 jobs....but being a single swinging dick bachelor does make up for it most of the time, LOL

esp true when it comes to the ridiculous amount of $ into ink,cars,guns etc w/o anyone to ? where $ is spent.
