what a **** @ss day. weather is crappy so I went to the gym. felt strong.. stronger than I have been feeling. today is bench day.
Throw on 320. do an easy 6
Throw on 330. do an easy 5; go down for the 6th rep and feel something pull/tear in my shoulder. no pain, but I couldn't push and now it feels very stiff. f^ck.
and relatively speaking 330 isn't that much. It is on the lower end of what I work out at. if I was at 380-400, I might understand getting hurt. Just hoping it is a little strained and not really torn.

I've never benched 320. As you can tell, I'm not built for that.

well... got my car back today. made a tad less power than i was hoping for but its still good. 386whp. Shane said i was pretty much limited by the gas i had. which was 91 or 92 octane i cant remember what i put in it before it went in. He said that i could pretty easily be over 400 if i ran 100 octane or better but he ended up having to pull a bunch of timing to keep it from detonating. Im still happy with the numbers though. i was at 350 before with 6 psi and now im at 386 with 11psi. And my mid range tq is quite a bit better now because i have boost coming on sooner. So it was i little wet when i brought it home so i couldnt really get on it too much but i was able to hook up in 3rd and it feels pretty strong.
I R jealousdamn you guys with monster Z's and tats and hella bench presses and baller wheels and bachelor pads and....well, you get the idea.

Dave you got a cool wife w/ a family...all I have is 2 houses, 3 cars, 2 pets and 2 jobs....but being a single swinging dick bachelor does make up for it most of the time, LOL
esp true when it comes to the ridiculous amount of $ into ink,cars,guns etc w/o anyone to ? where $ is spent.

Speaking of which, I think I'm going to take a hot shower now. Allergies hit me today like the Four Horsemen personally came to take me out. OMG! I feel like runny poop held together with bits and pieces of corn. Hopefully, I can breath and sleep tonight.
