I expect a shiny car with that stuff, Jotham.

Looks like today is the last good day of the season? I'm going to spend it outside and clean up some cars. Again...

Cleaned up the Z, had to claybar a few spots, waxed her up where she needed it, and is now sitting pretty. Man, I love a clean Z.

KW's are great coilovers. SS bodies.. think they are the only ones that are.

be aware of spring rates as they are serious business and if you aren't informed on what you are getting, you might turn your Z into a lumber wagon.

Also, keep in mind they are designed to be rebuilt every couple yrs... ask me how I know

Next year the Z hits 100k miles, being I am not getting rid of it ever, I figure a susp upgrade is well deserved. KW's are the only ones that offer lifetime warranty...SO, that being the case, what are your thoughts Aaron? I recall you and I talking about them getting serviced (lol), but did you incur any costs?
I al leaning V1's though, I dont see price/practicality unless moving up to the Kw V3's

I have them on my evo. I had a problem with the pillowmount that was installed with them. it messed up the shaft and had to have them completely rebuilt. when doing so, I was asked the last time they had been rebuilt. I had no idea, and was informed that for regular use, every 2 yrs they should be gone through... and this something you pay for. I basic rebuild is something like $40/corner

Um I suppose I could shell out 40 a corner. But what Bout all that " lifetime warranty " that was brought up that doesnt cover it?
And hood and bumper prepped cutting out main front fins tonight

Hmm, I knew you had a particular issue with yours Aaron, couldnt recall but it took them quite a bit if time with shipping&correction, right?
Im starting to ? The idea now if they need rebuilds so often, and warranty doesnt cover.....of course the evo is year round, so I wonder uf that played a role in need of reworking?
