tell me about it..
strained my bicep tendon a couple weeks ago during a workout (very front facing part of the shoulder). scared to even get under a bench bar. I have been going hard on deads and squats, but I have some tendinitis in my right arm that is killing my grip. Squat days stay with me for almost 6 days now. stiff knees and tight hamstrings are the norm. I am pushing good weight, but would like to get my bodyweight down and that has become next to impossible despite lifting 5 days a week and cardio 6 days.
.... long story short, sucks getting old'er

I've got some kind of pulled something in my left forearm (golfer's elbow?), and my right shoulder gets massive pain flares every now and then (again, only lately). It's not like I do heavy lifting, so I don't know what's going on.
Dave found a new project car for ya
yes I'm bored...

I've stopped lifting since almost 2 weeks ago. I've been doing cardio instead, but even then it's tough when my schedule is full.

Yep, that's the pain I have. In fact, it's a dull nagging pain right now. I thought the difference between golfer's and tennis elbow is outside vs inside. But yeah, I've had both before, and it's a PITA.
Yea I havn't been able to work out in the last 2 months.. Been dealing with nagging injuries from work, started with the wrist, then the whole hand and a week after the knees started acting up along with my ankle I sprained. Tho I do need to get back to exercising again, need to build up my back strength again and my six pack is starting to fade. Oh I wish I was 19 again, my prime years.
In case anyone is looking for a deal on some Corbeau seats.

I think I'm going to have to make an appt for another MRI for the right shoulder this time. That's my shooting arm/hand, so it's my bread and butter.
I hope I don't need surgery, but I'm really curious why I'm getting these massive shooting pains from the frontal part when I'm not even doing anything.

Just checking in to let everyone know I'm alive. Just been relatively busy. Gearing up to PCS soon. A message from Dave on Steam reminded me to check in here.
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

I don't know why, but I'm taking it way too personally knowing that some punk has been stealing all of my reflective lawn poles that I set up for the city plows.
