DB/AMS/HiTech/Full blown will all charge roughly the same, as for the access port, I am unsure from research many feel its the best available some think total waste of time, but when FI or N2o you will need some management system-Jotham access ports have always been $550-700, as for dyno time and tuning look at the $550 benchmark for tuning, those 3 runs they may not even be mapping just evaluating software installation and generic in nature.

My LS1 is, and has been infinitely easier than anything on the Z- but Zheka keep in mind you are playing a much larger and thus more expensive game now; and definitely worth the $1000 up front than the 4-20k later in major F ups...just my .02 worth of advice

You may find a "used" management system in the marketplace section. Just keep an eye out in the engine section.

What kind of exhaust? What do you have now?
Yeah, he PM'd me w/ the deetz, very sad indeed I can definitely see why it would be frustrating.

As for my exhaust, I just have my OEM Nismo setup still(coming up on 5 months of owning). For the new setup, did you really have to ask what kind? Fast Intentions of course As for the setup, it'll be very similar to the setup I had on my G37. Went with Resonated HFCs again(love them!!!), and in the Xpipe I went with a NONresonated Xpipe vs my 18" resonator in my G. I wanted it to be a bit more louder but not too much. With the Z being shorter, its estimated that it will already be about 15-20% louder w/ the same setup. Also, after reading about the gains on the VQ, staying NA is very hit and miss when it comes to HP/TQ gains. Seems that Test Pipes gain your top end, but cause you to lose midrange TQ. For that very reason, was a big selling point of sticking with Resonated HFCs rather then Resonated TPs.

Very excited to get it on! Nothing sexier then the Fast Intentions canisters from the rear!!

For some reason, I thought you had a slightly modded exhaust. I'm really thinking that the exhaust will be my winter mod this time.

Find one of these cables in the marketplace: http://uprev.com/secure/osiris-tuner.html and take the car to MAP.

I purchased my Osiris cable for $300 from a local member.

I fully support that decision I think the setup you were considering, Berks w/ Invidia would be a great setup Dave for what you were looking for.

Do you know your status for May yet? I know it was a little hit or miss about a month ago. We now have 2 cabins reserved (1 single, and one triple), and about 5 double rooms reserved. Our current attendence is 11 members/cars and counting

Will start looking. So basically the Osiris Tuner consists just the Cable from the cars OBD to the USB and the UpRev Software to tune with? Will this Osiris UpRev work with my VQ35DE? I seen alot of people talking about the Osiris tune but wasnt sure how it worked and what it was exactly.

Ytf are you putting n2o and $ into it if selling? If so, have 2nd fuel rail and def dont inform buyers of it...youll end up w 2 sets of ppl, 1 who want to thrash your car on bottle joy riding, and 2nd set that wont consider buying t bc of abused internals whether they have knowledge or not...my experience from buying and selling 50+ cars in past 14 years.

Exactly what I was thinking, if you're selling why waste time/money and chance of losing buyers dealing with this. smh

No I just wana mess around with it for a little bit and push it to the Max but safe zone with n2o, and at the same time run it agiasnt some of my buddies (2 lightly moded SRT4's, one SRT-4 with 50 trim and an 2008 338xi with E85) cars to get the record straight before i sell the Z. But ofcourse im going to remove the n2o and any traces that it was there before selling it. I wouldnt be selling it with the n2o lol. I would just keep the n2o and wideband for my next car since ill bo looking for a a cheap Z on the auction with either a ton of miles on it or flood damage, so i can do a ls1 or ls2 swap onto. I actually have access to Dealer Only Insurance Auto Auctions where i buy lightly hit cars at and fix them in my garage and throw them back out for sale, just do that on the side. I got dealer accounts in Copart, IAAI, Menheim, and QCSA. Havent done anywhere close to 50 cars yet but flipped about 13 cars so far since i started. When i got this Z i kinda fell in love with it and decided to keep it for a little and lightly mod it for fun.

Lol yeah i read your signature before, actually texted that to them and they got but hurt about it lol. But i honestly wana just run them each once and get it on a GoPro so there wont be any "My car would have walked on your Z" talk after i sell it. Even tho right now with 75 shot it hauls ***, i still wana get my timing tuned and get that wideband and possibly upgrade my fuel injectors and change to 100 shot. So when i stomp on there neons and 335xi, i do it by a long run and get it on video
