Hey guys,

Just woundering if you guys would be interested in a meet and then going cruising on a day with good weather. I think it would be cool if we could get as many Datsuns/Nissans/Infinitys as possible.

 

I was actually just talking about this with someone else. With all the influx of new people in the area I think this is a great idea.

Definitely going to have to hold for a month or so till it gets a little more weather friendly, but no reason why the planning cant commence now.

 

Hey Cincy guys!

I will be down in Cincy the first or second weekend of March to visit a friend, so if you do it that weekend count me in.

Also, the Cincy region SCCA will be having its first autocross sometime in March (can't remember when) and it would be awesome to see you guys out there competing!

 

If its a weekend that I'm in town I may stop by as I've met several of the cincy members back when I had the Alum Creek meet last spring, granted no more Z for me though.

OK guys it sounds like the first or second week of march would be good, pending weather conditions. so everyone that has posted should be good to meet right? id like to get as many people as possible to share ideas and meet some of you guys. by the way is anyone going to the AutoExpo this weekend at the convention center?

First weekend would not work for me as I will be in Chicago for work but I will be in Cincinnati the second weekend of March.

 

later is better for me as well, just to get it a little warmer, unless we're going to be having something inside. The first week of march isnt known for its heat waves, lol.

I'll let the couple of Z's and G's on the local forum know. I know redmike will be down and probably a few others. Perhaps we could PM the other local cincy people from the Ohio thread.

 

I'm down and the 1st Cincy region test and tune is March 14. You going to do any events, I usually try to do all of them. So maybe we can do the meet on Sunday March 15.

 

is that tristate or edgewater? I'd like to get out there early while the air is still cold and hopefully pull some better times

 

If it warms up a bit by then, maybe I can talk some of the ZROC crew into heading down.
We plan on making it a point to hook up a bit more with our southern neighbors. In August we will be meeting at a Nissan dealer in Beaver Creek - can't remember the name or the exact date but will keep you all posted. Do the same for me and March? Maybe I can talk Jim into dragging out the GT-R for a pre-season run. We are also planning on a run to Cincy in June for this:

Oh I missed that on their site... I should be able to hit that one. I went to one last March with Cinci but I usually don't (and won't) be running there. I run with NORA up here mostly since I moved here, and maybe one or two at Columbus.

Sunday March 15th sound good for a meet everyone? And EVERYONE should go to the autocross!
