Good Dealer in Chicagoland?
I'm prepping to buy my Z. What dealership did you guys buy from? Who gave you a great deal? Any dealers to avoid? J was thinking about buying from Continental Nissan. Anyone buy from them?

I am in the north part of chicago. I had horrible customer service experience at Fergus Nissan and at Star Nissan, would never buy anything from them. Even customer service for parts is bad. Got my Z from North Shore Nissan in Highland Park. Good deal, great service.

Went to Continental Nissan they wanted $1000 extra for 2004 model that just came out the first week of Sept. So I got my z from Star Nissan 2004 base model with $600 off 6% apr and free 5yr gold service warranty.

I really like the service at Al Piamonte Nissan (Northlake). I didnt buy my car from there, but the salesman who did try to sell me the Z did not impressive me at all. Didnt know anything about the Z.

I had a decent experience at Arlington Nissan in Buffalo Grove. Keep in mind, I was a preorder and the first Z they delivered, so "your mileage may vary" with them. The service dept. treats me like a king, but it may be because I was their first Z and also because they know I frequent the forums.

Had bad experience at Fergus Nissan. Salesman was actually very good, but pretty much everyone else on up the chain of command lacked common courtesy. "what you don't want to protect your investment with our clear crap and rust stuff. Again couple sales guys were good

we have bought 3 cars from Jim M/Lady nissan in Crystal Lake (on RTE 14).
always had good luck with the sales people and service there.
when i move back to chicago and buy my Z, i am going to go there. hopefully they will give me a good deal again considering within my family has bought 2 maxima's and a quest from them

I bought mine from Continental in Nov of '02, when everyone wanted an arm and a leg over sticker, Continental took sticker hassle free. I was in and out in a beat & they even let me test drive the owner's 350z (when it was still a hot item & no dealers let me test drive 'em) when i ordered my car.
Got a call a few weeks later, my car was there. I picked it up Nov. 15, 2002 with a big smile on my face.
Star Nissan Service department kicks a$$, never had a problem with them. I paid $60 for 6 oil changes!!!!
