Guys i am in a serious dilema...need to get rid of dog...experienced home only!!!

Unhappy Guys i am in a serious dilema...need to get rid of dog...experienced home only!!!

Everybody,

This morning a 6 month old bull terrier i recently adopted took it upon himself to maul my right hand pretty severely. He was growled at by my 2 year old bull terrier and mistook my petting him as the other dog about to attack him.

Sadly, everybody wants me to have him put down. Everybody except me!!!

He is a great dog and a beautiful one at that. But i do not feel i can handle having him in my home. I look at him and feel sad that today might be his last day on earth.

He is not vicious and is in fact a very loving dog. Sadlyhe does have this defense/dominance/agression issue and with a bite history every pound that will accept him will euthanize him.


Dog is located in Queens but i will drive any reasonable distance for the perfect home!!!
Please....anybody with a warm heart and experience with dog agression....save this dog from being put down!

He is 7 months old tomorrow, has all shots, neutered and comes with his medication, a cage as well as every toy you can think of.

ONLY if u have experience and know what you are getting into will i let him go. Preferably if u know of or have experience as a dog trainer would he be a good fit.

NO KIDS...male only house hold. Gets along great with other dogs and absolutely loves to play.

Ask around and PM me. I will also require you to sign a release form to obsolve me from any legal action if you cannot handle him as he is mircochipped to me.

Please....someone find him a home soon before i am left with a very, very sad decision.

you should also look into a rescue for terriers. my moms friend does that but hers his strictly collies

yikes! It sounds like you are giving away a pot of nitro glecerine!

be careful selling it...that is smart about the release form. All you need is something to go wrong and BAM, you are in court because 'he didn't tell me the dog bit!'

ouch! Well obviuosly the new owner will get bit sooner or later. Because its a bred killer.
