Any issues with the lugs last night? Are you rubbing?

nope lugs worked mint thanks tim and there is like 2 1/2 in of clearance above the tire in the rear but in a third gear or higher pull. the rear squats so much under boost that it pulls the fender right on top of the tire once in a while lol so i gotta look into rolling the fender. if there were enough people interested i would buy a fender rolling machine and rent it to people thats what some people in the other regions are doin.

Or you could just lose the turbo

Glad I could help. Thanks again for the tire swap.

You won't see any difference from looking at the side of the car. I don't have any pictures of mine (the shop butchered mine but that's a different story), but just picture the lip of the fender folded up against the inside of the fender well, and if the shop is good picture your paint not cracked at the bend. Some shops may ask you to bring the rear wheel+tire with you so that they can roll the fender no more than exactly what you need, to reduce the risk of cracking the paint. I say, just get it rolled all the way so you don't have to revisit the process if you decide later to get wheels / tires that stick out farther.

Just rolled my fenders yesterday with a large PVC pipe and a heat gun. The trick, I believe, is making sure the metal is very hot and doing everything very slowly. Sound ghetto but it turned out perfect. My 19s use to rub horribly when turning hard, but that's now a thing of the past.

Yeah I've seen people do it with a baseball bat too and end up with good results. As you mentioned it is extremely important for the metal to be hot, so that the paint can flex without cracking. What you did with the PVC pipe is essentially how the Eastwood fender rolling tool works, except that it didn't cost you $300

just my two cents, pretty ghetto way of rolling is if you have a jack, jack up the car enough to get a wood louisville slugger (any decent size wooden bat would do) inside the gap of the tire and fender and find a nice angle 45 degrees or so and work the inner fender in. The paint will more than likely crack or even peel eventually but may solve the rubbing issue. This is the way i have seen it done before and fine tuned my own ride like that. Just an idea... gl

If the metal/paint is heated up enough it will not crack.
