As the new president of the Z Association of Central New York (ZACNY), I am inviting all of you who are in the area and own any year Z car to join us! I would love to connect with more owners who love to drive their car! The membership drive will be at Drivers Village sometime in April, right before we head to opening weekend at Watkins Glen.

I will also be headed to ZDAYZ in NC, May 18-22..(111 days and counting) If you havent gone, you dont know what your missing. If you have any questions feel free to email me at the forum. I will post more as events get closer.

Hi there. My name is Chris. I have been looking for a Z club around here. I am from Liverpool. I went to your website but couldn't use the links to register. It just said "page not found" when it opened.

I also sent you a message through facebook, in case you wonder who that is from. I took a guess when I saw the redline Z photo. I'm just looking for something to do when I have free time. I have a 2003 chrome silver Z.

what time do the cruise-in nights start during the week at both Wegmans?

I'm from Liverpool and hang out with a nice group of people at Tim Hortons on Thompson on Fridays and Saturdays.

Mix of cars (Supra, S2k's, Sti's, Srt4's, Evo's, ect.).

I have been looking for other Z owners in the area...passed a few and parked next to a few at Carousel Mall a few times this year, but dont know the owners

I own a carbon silver 08.

I live near Liverpool as well. I usually hang out at the Nice'n'Easy cruise-in on Tuesdays in Clay on route 31. I'm going to start going to Bella Domani's cruise-in on Thursday nights on East Taft.

Never been to the Thompson Road meet-up. What time does it usually start?

I need to start going to the Nice and Easy hangouts, the same guys that I hang out with at Thompson go there as well from time to time, nice group of folks. The hangout on Thursday sounds interesting, I will check that out as well.

It is not necessarilly a meet down at thompson, more of a resting spot for folks that are cruising the boulevard, but there are regulars (myself being one), so in a way it is an unorganized meet. Typically around 11pm on Friday and Saturday (when it is dry out) you will see people in that lot. Iwould be the only owner of a Carbon Silver Z there, or you may see my friends NR Z in there before me.

I am in the Philippines on business right now, but will be back in town this Friday, will be out there Friday and Saturday for sure.

Oh, and a smaller group of us, like 5-6 folks go to the unofficial Cars N Coffee at Wegmans on Rt. 57 each Saturday morning, starts at 830am till around 11am or so.

Ahh gotcha. I've heard of the cars'n'coffee meet up but keep forgetting. I'll have to check it out one morning.

Maybe I'll stop by Thompson at some point too. You say you go to the Tim Hortons, or is it just where ever you can find a spot?

Tim Hortons...there will also be a bunch of Cars down the road at Dunkin Donuts...Tim Hortons has the more chill group...quieter, everyone just parks, grabs a coffee, and checks out the rides and talks with the owners...good spot.

From time to time there will be a group at the McD's on Erie as well (I go there with my friends from time to time as well...usually start there and end there on Friday and Saturday.

Thompson and the bouly run from 10pm (this was early before, but I believe people have started coming out at this time now) and goes all the way till 3am.

Essentially this is part of the group of regulars that you will always see strolling in at out at Tim Horons (yes, lots of Subarus ad SRT4's in this pic)...Evo, Supra, another 350z, S2000's, Cobra, GT, G35, S14, and an IS300 are missing in the snapshot...all owners are nice and friendly. This was at a BBQ that one of the guys threw at his garage.

This same group goes to Sylvan beach...I think those are Thursday nights.

There are other cars that will park and hang out regularlly as well, GTR, vettes, mustangs, AMG's. Nice just to sit and watch cars stroll in and drive by on thompson.

Sounds good. I like a quiet crowd. I'll let you know when I'll stop by. However, I'll be busy both upcoming Friday and Saturday nights.

I might have seen you a couple times before around the area. Possibly near Buckley/Bear Road?

There is also one other person that I have seen driving a carbon silver Z around Liverpool/Clay, but it is stock and I believe a lady owns it now. An older guy just traded in his carbon silver for a 370 in the same color.

Yea I've seen her too. I think she bought the Carbon Silver I looked at from Driver's Village, but it was out of my price range.
