the 18's I have are off an '03 Performance model so all 4 wheels are 18x8. Are the '06's 18x8 F and 18x18.5 R? If so, you'd be better off getting a set of the Rays wheels, than these.

Well... Looks like there's some updated info about the May 23rd lapping day.

I just checked the NWAR Club's schedule and it looks like a couple of things have changed. The May 23rd date is still on, it's still at PR but it is now $200. But the biggest difference is that now it is a Twilight Lapping day. That means that it starts at 4:00PM. I've never been to a Twilight lapping day. Does anyone know if you get the same amount of sessions as a regular lapping day? I guess a Twilight day might work better for some folks, but it's not good in my case.

I've been looking at alternatives to the NWARC lapping days at PR; here is Proformance's scheudle:
http://www.proformanceracingschool.com/schedule.html

Pacific Raceway's scheule:
http://www.pacificraceways.com/sched...venuename=road

I tried to finde Speeedware's schedule but had no luck. Does anyone know where to view one if they have it on-line?

I'm thinking May 14th w/ Proformance would be a good day. Would we have enough people interested and qualified (please note the prerequistes) in getting together for a Z/G lapping day in this forum to start a thread on the topic? I've only done lapping days at PR w/ NWARC or Proformance, can anyone else suggest any other clubs/organizations that they've participated w/?

I've gone with www.definitivedriving.com . They're based in Vancouver B.C., Canada, but hold their lapping days at PR. A lot of the AJ-Racing guys attend this event. LOTS of fast cars!!!

There is an Sunday, April 15th HPDE through NWARC at PR that I am strongly considering going to. The only thing that I'm concerned about is that it might be too early in the season to have a nice dry conditions by mid-April. I guess if it is wet, it would still be a good opportunity to work on technique rather than for all out fun.

Would anyone else be interested in that date?
