Default Finale of Sopranos

Was it just me or the last few seconds of the final episode was cut out... I saw the family at a restaurant, medow parallel parked her Lexas, ran in the restaurant and.... That was it.... Was it what it supposed to be? Did I miss something? If that was the ending, it was very anticlimatic... It stopped at the middle of a scene...

Nope that is how it goes. The creator David Chase wanted to leave it open ended. Who were the other guys at the place? Were they Mob guys? FBI? Just some average joe? It is all up to you to decide

You get to pick the future. Plus it leaves things iopen if they ever do a movie...

I was thinking the satellite blacked out because of the wind! I went on line and found out that was it!?? At least Phil got what was coming to him.

Best part of the movie was Phil's melon getting run over by the SUV. Otherwise, I was disappointed at the open ended ending. I thought the guy that went into the bathroom was gonna come back out and off Tony. Oh well, next season's The Shield should be good.

I liked the finale, It stayed true to the show.

All of the Sopranos so called show ending finales were never very big bang. I thought it was pretty realistic of an ending of what could happen to a mafia don.

Phil getting in the head FTW!!!!

I just finished watching all six seasons on dvd. The ending is perfect. When tony and bobby were sitting in the boat talking a few episodes back they were speculating on what it would be like to get "off'd" and Tony said that it would probably be like "cutting to black", which is exactly how the series ended.

I also just checked out this youtube video where the guy theorizes on the symbolism of meadow trying three times to park the car. There were two unsuccesfull attempts on Tony's life throughout the series and the third one was a success.

I loved the Sopranos series, but was really disappointed with the latter half of the run. The first 3 seasons were amazing, and then it just kind of went downhill from there.

Way ahead of you there. Been watching The Wire since almost since the beginning. I've seen them all. I even downloaded the theme song from all 5 seasons

I seriously doubt they'll do a sopranos movie. It would detract from the ending
