Times are rough right now with everything going under, but one company that is standing strong is Wells Fargo. I just found out we're offering 110 positions. It's not glamorous and pay varies on experience but it has benefits and job security which is more than I can say for most people right now. The position is in collections (again not glamorous) but if you find yourself needing a job please feel free to PM me and I'll get you an interview immediately.

Have you done collections before? As I stated it's not glamorous but I'd rather be working FT with ok pay and benefits for a reputable company than where most people are right now. I'm proud of my job. I work specifically in the Real Estate department helping families keep their homes while everyone else runs and hides. I thought I'd help some people if they were worried about or have already been laid off recently and need a job.

haha you gotta do what you gotta do. mouths to feed...
See the problem is the media portrays us as "the devil" and says we "harrass" people. It's not a matter of harrassing. I actually think they should make collections a required job for some people. It's a real eye opener to be on the other side of the phone. It's as easy as this; Americans live outside their means and spend money on crap they want instead of paying off the stuff they need. It all comes down to the big companies going out on a limb and giving these loans to people expecting them to pay back and they don't. That's stealing. I can go on forever about this but yea it still stands that there are secure jobs open and if you're in a pinch and need a job PM me and I'll do my best to help out.

Man that's sad but true. It's scary to see how bad it's gotten. Just to give you an idea I started in the RE department with 6 other people and our portfolio at the begining of the month was probably 60 million. Fast forward 2 years and we have 200+ in RE and our portfolio last month just in a 30 day past due status was almost 8 billion. Yes billion. I know my job is secured and that's all I care about but it's hard to hear about the people getting laid off right and left.
