I have no experience with these specific tires though
Yup, I just opened this thread to post that link too. Great deal. Rolled up to Crystal yesterday in my friend's Evo IX, riding on Pirelli snow tires, although not sure if it's the exact same model. Car handled great over the little bit of snow & ice on the road.

That's what I heard two years ago. And last year. And this year.
Lies.
No kidding. It snowed 2x in the city last Winter, 3x the previous Winter, and 2x the Winter before that. Already once so far this Winter, so I wouldn't really call that a freak weather pattern.
Well thats shitty that snow here is sticking the past few years. In arizona I frequented friday night drag races and time attack events at firebird raceway and phoenix international raceway, how is the motorsports scene out here? It appears that there is no NASA region out here.
Yup. I just got home and the snow is def sticking. Car was already just a tiny bit squirrely coming up a couple hills, so I'm glad I still have the snows on, and didn't swap to another set with summer tires on them!
Decided against getting snow tires since everyone I work with here said this years winter and snow was a freak accident.
How about tonight. IMHO since you're new here, I understand taking people's advice. But MOST people have awd SUVs or FWD commutors. Unless these people are RWD BMW, Mercedes, Mustang, G35 etc drivers, snow advice for RWD is another ball game.
You live in Issaquah? I guess that area is okay since it's not way up on the hill but any RWD eastsider should have dedicated snows. $400 for the deal I posted was a steal.
