not scared at all...motor is running great and my A/F's are good...stock motors are *usually* good up to about 425-430 wheel...im still in the safe zone

still pretty risky considering the weakness of the stock rods. if i were you i'd only be running 8-9 lbs daily just to be safe cause rebuilding a motor is expensive.

well if you're looking for the worst, here's my take on worst that can happen:

motor blows chunks

puts a rod through the block (complete new block, not just rebuild)

at the same time the piston comes into contact with a valve or 2, now you have a bunch of projectiles flying around in your combustion chamber, destroying your head (now you need new heads as well)

some of those projectiles get out of the engine and makes its way to your new gt35r turbo, now you need a new turbo

so worse case, your looking at a completely new longblock, and a new turbo, plus a bunch of other little stuff...

if i were in your shoe's, i'd back down to 8-9 psi and save up for a forged bottom end, then turn up the boost once you have that...

see, iv already thought about all that...thats why im looking at the GTM long block...already built for what i want and only 6g (still pricey but not out of range)

as for the turbo...that could be shitty...but thats a chance ill take...11 psi is so much fun...

you only live once right??? ill just be everyones ginny pig haha
