my yearly drive to SLT is about the limit of my road trippage d00d. to go to NC... yikes.

5,352 miles from Kirkland to there and back, divided by my best case scenario of 26.5mpg, multiplied by a ballpark avg gas price of $2.15 (it's way cheaper going east) = $434. With screwing around factored in, you're looking at $500+ just in gas.

If Eric pays for everything, I'm in. Before he agrees to that though, I'll have to tell him where I buy my weed too.

cheaper to fly. it you really wanted your car there, you could get 6 people to go in on a car carrier and have them shipped there and back. i'll just check the pics afterward.

I guess I dont see the big deal, the money on gas doesnt bother me. I can afford it. I like road trips even if it was for a "bbq". And yes im aware of the mileage.
