that's why you should have gone with test pipes. . I have a CEL in my car and no issues whatsoever. I have the technosquare reflash though. But yeah, it seems like the HR throws codes alot easier that the DE. Did you put the o2 sensors back in the bunks? You did not try to clean them or anything cause that would damage them as well.
How long have you had your test pipes in? I had a CEL for about couple months and then it turned off. It's been off for awhile now. I don't know if it does anything, whether the CEL is on or not, but my car picks up quicker than usual.
