Emissions time? Lowered? Go to Redmond.
Station 6 in Redmond is lowered friendly. Flat in and out, no rack, just roll on in. I have ~2" of clearance, and had no problems at all.

rgr. When I searched I found lots of questions about how to PASS emissions w/ things like TTs, TPs, etc. But nothing about where to

So...what if I have a CEL, turbos, run rich all the time, and have no cats? Can they help me with that? bahahaha :P

Yup. All they do for newer vehicles is hook the OBDII reader up to make sure that everything's reporting how it's supposed to.
