Default Test Pipe Install

I'm tired of my Z1motosports test pipes just sitting in the box for the past month.

-Pitty story inserted here-
Sadly, the new house I moved into doesn't have a garage.
I'm not very mechanically inclined.
I also lack tools.

Can anybody here recommend a good place / non sketchy person to get them installed?

I know a bunch of guys who got the uprev tune and passed emissions just fine, I think cause the car runs so much better with a custom dyno tune that it won't fail the sniffer test

I haven't gone to Intec yet.
My weekdays are packed all day.
Hoping to drop by Saturday though if they're open!

That's what I was thinking.
It would be nice to have my exhaust and intake tuned altogether with the test pipes
I PMed Intec, the quote was 150 installed.
They told me to come by and stay because they're doing a dyno on a twin turbo G37.
