Thumbs up Thumb up for Nissan Falore Service Dept.

I brought the car in for some warranty service and very happy with it. I think they are the only dealer in san jose area that MOD Friendly.

1. Convertable top has 2 small area which the thread kinda torn off.
--> ordered the top in and contract out to Bascom & upholdstery. One day and it's all done. Nissan Capitol want to keep the car for one week for this same task.

2. Clicking noise in the rear when backup or accelerate.
--> Part ready and it's done in half day. Other dealer might give a hard time when they see the aftermarket wheel/rotor.

The crews know how to take care your "mod" car.

they only have 2 guys. Bob is the manager, Morgan is the service advisor. They both cool and very professional.

Morgan's pretty cool, yeah. The only problem I have with Falore is that they're not very well-staffed. Stevens Creek has Gary, IMHO the best foreman around. But Stevens Creek is also run by a penny-pinching corporation.

Yah, Morgan's cool - I do agree sometimes they respond like they are short staffed.
I heard good comments about Falore's chief mechanic "Dave".
My neighbor has a 300ZX and said Dave will help you out on his own time - with some $ of course.

i always drop my car around 8AM and pick up when i get out from work. Never have to wait yet. Unlike Nissan Capitol, show up at 7:30AM (they are not even open yet) and there are a line already.
