I just ordered yesterday and I am prob going to receive before you =0 haha but I dont have anywhere lined up to get it painted yet, I have had bad experiences with most of the shops here.

 

Well, here's an update...

So Speed Alliance just received the kit last week. Spoke to Dat from Speed Alliance & they said they were going to ship it last week but they didn't receive payment from Bozz so that's why they didn't ship it yet . So I've left a message with Bozz this morning around 11:45 to call me back. They still haven't called me back yet so it looks like I'm going to have to call them up again to follow up .

 

Okay, just spoke with Alex & he appolgized about not getting back to me. He says he's been on vacation all last week so he's trying to catch up on things. He said that he'll give them a call to sort it all out & he'll contact me by the end of today. Hope everything is bump free from here...

BTW...my Blitz Wing is already at their shop .

 

what is up with the shop not paying the distributor? that just weird when they charge us right away. *sign*

 

That's what I said. Thank gawd I have a contact at their main distributor or else I'd be lost. They are apparently sorting things out now so all I can do is wait & hope there are no more delays.

 

I was able to pick a full vertex up in person in May. I didn't have to order it

I just want this to be all done & over with so I can get this thing painted & installed.

Well, the drama continues. I swear this is the last time I'll ever buy anything from Bozz Performance .

To quickly summarize what has happend thus far, I ordered the kit back in March. With some delays with custom, they said it will arrive at the end of June which it did. The problem is, it's still sitting at their distributor pending payment from their shop. The main guy I delt with was on vacation all last week so I'll give him that. So I said no worries. Luckily I have a contact at their distributor to give me all the info so they can't give me B.S. So I contacted them yesterday to inform them that my kit is ready to go for shipping & is just pending payment from their shop. They acknowledged & said they will cotact them right away & send me an email towards the end of the day to confirm. As you may have already guessed, I didn't receive anything. So I go ahead & send them an email to follow up with all the info they need such as my invoice info & a direct contact at their distributor. That was around lunch today. Still no response up till now! So what it looks like is I'm going to give them a call yet again to get this thing cleared up. I've had excellent communication with their distributor but I wish I could say the same for them. You know, I don't think I'll be this upset if they were just open with me & let me know what's going on. I think I'm a fairly reasonable person. They were going to ship it out to my shop when they receive it but at the rate they are going, I'm just going to bring a truck to pick it up myself. Don't want to have more headaches if they end up screwing up shipping to my shop. Anyone know how big of a truck I need to transfer a full bodykit? No matter, if I need to take multiple trips, I will. I wish I new all the horror stories about them before I made my purchase. Oh well....lesson learned.

Thanks Moodie. I'm sure I'll forget all this drama once I get my parts installed. I find myself day dreaming of everything installed & it's making me even more anxious! I'll make sure to keep you in mind if I ever decide to part out my spoiler .

 

James I know its easy for me to say but yeh...just stick with it. I can already imagine how insane your car will be with the kit.

Thanks Ravi. Yeah, that's all I can do for now. Will call them up tomorrow to see what's going on. Worst case, I'll drive over there personally to find out exactly what the hold up is. Oh well, we'll see what happens.
