I am going to have a 3.9 gear and new LSD installed or I can buy and ship a complete dif with the parts pre installed. Has anyone seen a difference from these two options. Any reccomendations. Z car Garage seems to install both.

 

Does 350evo still offer the complete pumpkin?

If you are going to go with an aftermarket LSD and the new FD, you just need to find a pumpkin to build the new setup. No downtime for the car except the day the diff's are swapped.

 

Hi Ray, I would have BJ build it and have Z car or any local shop install it. BJ can build these things in his sleep and he knows how to properly set up the backlash etc. Keep in mind that having BJ build it will save you a few hours of bench time at Z Car Garage. You will have to pay to ship back your core however.

I was going to do the trade with 350 evo but they have to build it up then there is a core charge and the approx. 100 shipping to return. A comment form other people saying scott performance has built these up got me thinking. I guess I just have to give them a call and decide.
