Great camera Moodie. I was looking at it at Best Buy, but ended up buying the Canon Rebel XT, also for the interchangine of lenses and wanted a 8 megapixel camera at the minimum. But the Canon cameras are good and you got an excellent one. Congrats.

even though 1.8 is cheaper, I say with all the memory cards you sold to Tony, you should be able to afford the 1.4
anyways, the 1.4 is much sharper than the 1.8 by a long shot. and the casing is not plastic...
