I strongly dislike daylight savings time but thanks for the reminder.

Freaking DST, I hate it. Why don't we just leave the clocks rolled forward and call that regular time. As it is we spend more time in DST than not. That is the bill that congress should have passed. They say this years IT cost were over a billion dollars.

The Germans started DST in 1935. During WWI and II the US did it to save energy and found that it made little difference. It's almost as big a joke as the continuing to circulate pennies.

On top of that, with all the issues that are thrown about during campaign season and then never resolved like health care, immigration, social security, etc. This is what they do. Next they will want to change the national flower or something.

I like the fact it's still light when I get out of work but hate the fact I'm waking up earlier. My work had me working crazy hours trying to make sure we install all these patches/fixes on our servers, mobile devices, & other equipment just to prep for this damn thing. Felt like Y2K all over again .
