OK I know it's still more than two months away but at the rate hotels are filling up we need to start planning. If you're already have your details then post your info here (arrival, hotel, departure, etc.).

Dave and I were originally planning to fly in Wed. night after work stay, go to the show Thurs. and Fri. and then stay in Vegas for the weekend. However, we are considering flying in Tues. night so we can at least hang out for one night with Chad and "his crew"
We will be booking hotel this week so I'd like to hear from anyone else who knows they can score access and are going. If we can get 4-6 it may make more sense to get everyone into a nice suite (MGM has huge suites for $400-500 night).

Speak up so we can coordinate (hint, hint John).

Is this show only for people in the trade business. I registered, but it said to bring "credentials" when you get there.

Your idea sounds good, but if the wife or my mistress comes along, I have to get my own room, if you know what i mean.

 

Arvin- Yes you need to be a vendor. But I think Friday may be open to the public- not sure.

John- What's up with you. Are you going? What about Dick? If you're both going- call me. It looks like it will be cheaper to get a Suite if there are four of us.

 

OK hotel reservations made for Tuesday Nov 4th and Wednesday Nov 5th. Plan is to fly in Tuesday around 10am-12pm, go to SEMA Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday and fly out Thursday early afternoon. Sleep will be optional but not recommended.

Brandon and Yuichi- PM me if you want in. We can get a few more in the room if you guys decide to come.

 

SEMA is a trade only show.

But if you have some cards made up as "your" company it should be fine.

I'll be there early like Tuesday -> Wednesday morning.

OK- I have switched our hotel room to Wed. 5th and Thurs. 6th. Plan is to fly in Wed morning and leave Friday late afternoon.

Well my car is supposed to end up there after a couple of stops to pick up some "parts"...

I'm going to try and make it but not sure.

 

I will be at the SEMA show, and I will also be entering into Drift Day 9, which is held in Las Vegas the day after SEMA!

I am workin on gettin a spot in the actual SEMA show, however, i will be attending regardless. If you are in the area, you should go to Drift Day 9, they are always a good time.

Unfortunately I found out about the drift day a few days after we booked our plane tickets. Were flying out Friday evening otherwise I would be there. Any NorCal events in the near future?

 

October 25-26 is Hyperfest at Infineon Speedway (Sears Point). However we do not like the Hyperfest events, they are a big un-organized mess. But I am going because i wanna get into some drift comps asap.

 

I'm staying in Las Vegas Hilton from Nov.1-Nov.8, and my car will be in booth #12570 please stop by if you go.
