Awwww man you had to go and change the date from the 23rd (first text message). Lol I had been waiting for this, then found out my group at work is having an "optional" team-building BBQ on Sat. the 22nd. I don't think a time has been set yet though, so I'm trying to figure out what to do. Any idea what time we'd actually be "done" and I'd be able to head back (from Napa I assume) to Sac?

Sorry Charles, it was a fat finger on the text message. It has always been planned for Saturday.

I have a building wide picnic that day, but the run is more important than piggin out with my coworkers and watching them make fools of themselves while trying to play softball....haha. I told them "no can do, I gotta run". They all thought I was running a marathon for a good cause and understood.....lol

The flyer has 1 hr 30 min for the run, but Napa hwy 29 may slow us down. Then you have another 35 min tacked on to the run from Fairfield back to Sac. My guess-ta-mate is that we would be in Fairfield by 3:00-3:30 pm.

Hope you can make it out for the run.

Default I live in Napa

I might attend this event. I drive a black Nismo 350Z.... I know some more people who would want to go if that's okay with everyone. We run Monticello road every Friday night so we're very familiar with that road up there! So hopefully I'll meet ya guys and have a fun cruise.

Would like to see you and your Nismo out there, that would make two Nismo's so far. Yeh sure invite your buddies and once you confirm, then add your name(s) to the sign up list.

The breakfast place is the bomb....best breakfast joint in the area.

It should be a blast; we have taken this road many times on sport bikes and a few in the Z. Last month we made a dry run and surprisingly it was open roads as in no traffic. See the flyer above, it has the route. It should be easy enough to plug in the route via gooogle. Maps will be handed out at the meet up location: Putah Creek Café, Winters, CA.

This sounds fun/interesting. I'm new to Nor Cal and was interesting in exploring the area, but I would be coming from Pleasant Hill area. I have a silver Nismo, I don't know anyone out here so I would be coming alone, don't know if it's worth the drive from Pleasant Hill though.

When is the deadline to sign up?

Ah Ok, I'm working in Concord right now. Are you planning to go? If so, then we can maybe meet up and head out together? Let me know...

Welcome to Nor Cal, there are many great roads to explore; a lot have some distance to travel to reach the starting point. This run is centrally located to accommodate the Sac Valley, Bay Area and Silicon Valley peeps. You are about 55 min out form the start up location-Winters. Same distance I and several others will be traveling. The roads are awesome, there will be at least 40 miles of the 65 mile run that will be adrenaline, heart pumping, switch backs that will keep your lead foot satisfied for some time. We do advocate safe driving though.

Lyent (Z stylin) will be coming from Fairfield, I am sure you can hook up with him (I can make the arrangement). There might be two more from Fairfield. Don’t wait too long to sign up as we might have to put a cap on the amount cars rolling.

Post up if you would like to be added to the list. We would like to see (three) Nismo’s carving the canyon. It would make for an awesome photo.

JZ33 has no say in the matter, he has to go. We have not seen him since last May. He needs to take a break from the books and do something with his friends.

Casey, ya know you are always welcomed and I know you will be coming from Fallon, NV. Coming this distance to gather with friends on an awesome road course is what it is all about. You know you have a place to crash the night before or day before. I plan on taking Friday off to prep the carz. Will Becky be coming with ya?
