planning on tinting.... any recommendations of places that does quality work at a nice price??
looking for "titanium" tint (i think thats what its called)
well, basically something like on moodie's car.
any place preferably along the pennsinsula or in sf.

i got my tint from california tint on king and auborn (sp?) near capitol express way.. what type of tint u want? i got Charcool 20% all around except from windshield and it cost $200. I really like it =)

i dont know any place near SF.. maybe you could call Mr. Tint.. i nkow they have many locations spread out the area.. but they're kinda expensive IMO

 

xw34x, how did your car turn out? I talked to them before, and they wanted $295. I talked them down to $250, but if I can get it for $200, then I'd do it for sure!

by the way longbowe.. how come they are charging you 295 and 250?? what type of tint are you asking for?? i paid 200 charcool.. reflective tints are more expensive.. they quoted me 230 for the reflective tint. i wonder if we're talking about the same california tint.. mine is on King rd.. and auborn which is near capitol express way and it's next to the wheel works.. kinda small shop... maybe u should go check it out, tell them that the guy with the black Z got told u to come here..

 

Ooh, that's a different one then. The one I talked to was definitely closer to Camden. I'll check out the King/Aborn guys next week.

Hehe, right now, though, I hafta save up. I'm currently out of a job, although that should change within a week.

 

I went with Omega Tint in Livermore from a recommendation from Alan at Audiomobile in Oakland. I think he did an awesome job and had done quite a few Z's already. I paid 170 for all 5 windows 50% in front and 5% for the back 3. I have to say his workmanship is really good; plus he's done about 9 Z's which is the biggest reason I went to him.

i'd have to agree with Shift33, Audrey (his z) looks really clean with the tint, I will definately keep the place he got his done at in mind, when it's JayMee's turn
